Facilitated the entry of past pupils and parents to school premises
on a daily basis as against current practice of restricted entry of
only one day a week by taking up the matter with the defense authorities.

Developed an action plan to kick start the construction program in connection
with the Auditorium, Canteen and a temporary meeting Hall.
k. Liased with SDC, an NGO in
channelling funds available for assistance towards areas identified in
our master plan.
l. Commenced a process to identify the respective roles of the various branches
in order to avoid duplication and to accelerate development efforts.
m. A furniture replacement program
has been commissioned with the assistance of Canada Branch.
n. Followed up with the Ministry of Education to get funding for
Auditorium.

Obtained a 21 seater bus for the school, by liasing with the Ministry of
Trade, under in initiative on assistance to Tsunami affected schools.
